EDUCATION ADMINISTRATION

The Education Administration works from a 1 to 19-year perspective and includes preschool, school, and after-school care. JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Special Teacher in Swedish, your duties will include the following:

• Planning lessons based on the student's needs and teaching both groups and individual students
• Supporting with screening in Swedish, Legilexi, and other screening tools as well as analyzing results
• Discussing, collaborating, and supporting teachers in didactic issues and how they can assist the student and the group in the classroom
• Actively participating in the student health team based on your profession and participating in subject networks and professional meetings in the municipality
• Collaborating with the library in reading initiatives based on Legilexi results
• Managing Prorenata, documentation tools
• Participating in the establishment of educational assessments and action plans for students based on your competence and following up on efforts made in the operation (including special support)
• Systematic quality work based on the special team's work twice a year
• Participating in periodic support and personal training PT, priorities, and active work

QUALIFICATIONS

We see that you have a teaching license/education as a special teacher with a focus on Swedish and preferably that you have experience as a special teacher or similar roles. You are a good communicator with a pedagogical approach. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities and motivations.
